Sports are an important element of a student's growth and development. They aid in the growth of psychological well-being as well as bodily health. Participating in sports and activities can help a kid develop a variety of skills, experience, and confidence that will help them develop their character. Students' sportsmanship should be valued, as it provides them with a platform to enhance focus, patience, and the appropriate level of confidence through various indoor and outdoor games. Summer party is a time for celebration & a chance to look back on all the memories, adventures, and struggles that have made up students time in school. Students expressed their happiness through dances, speeches & various activities. Students were also given achievement certificates for their performances in various competitions.
Picnics are one of the most exciting things that children and adults love equally. It helps us divert from daily life and adds a touch of variety to our lives. Moreover, a picnic can take us to another world that is different from the one we live in daily. Pimpri Chinchwad Science Park is one of the latest tourist attraction and activity based Science Centre of Pune region. The Science Centre houses Galleries on different themes of Science & Technology, Activity area, Inflatable Taramandal and an Auditorium. It also has a open air Science Park spread over 3.5acres. Most of the exhibits in the science center and science park are interactive in nature and visitors can explore science in an entertaining way.
Students will have so many adventures in their life but nothing can be as colorful as their school life. Our Students journey towards excellence is just about to begin and we wish them All the best!! We welcome our students on the first day of new academic year!!
Aashadhi Ekadashi is an auspicious day of Lord Vitthal and a prominent festival of the warkari community. To make children aware of our great tradition Sri Chaitanya Vidyalaya celebrated ‘Palkhi function with a lot of enthusiasm. The celebration encouraged the students to participate in rich cultural traditions of our country and to know more about our heritage. Students showcased their best by dressing up as Vaarkaris adorning themselves by carrying handmade palkhis and saffron flags. The importance of the tradition was emphasized by performing a ‘Dindi’ in which all were dressed up like warkaris and also Lord Vitthal and Godess Rakumai . Students danced to the rhythm of songs in praises of great saints like Sant Dnyaneshwar and Sant Tukaram. School also gave Prashdam to all who were passing by our Dindi.
The Guru Poornima programme was celebrated with great enthusiasm and zeal at Sri Chaitanya Vidyalaya.
Guru Purnima is a ritualistic celebration marked to respect the guru- the one who leads you to the right path of life. A special assembly was conducted by the students on the occasion of Guru Purnima by sharing thoughts and songs.
Students of grade 5, 6, 7 presented a beautiful skit on Eklavya’s story. The students took great pride in convening the special assembly and thanked all the teachers. They also recited poems. The entire assembly resounded with approbation and veneration for the gurus.
Teachers sang beautiful song on the occasion of Guru Paurnima. Everybody was overwhelmed by the heart-touching gestures and performances of the students.
Everything around us is an array of colors. Green is the most common color in the natural world, think of nature and see green in all its glory, expressing renewal, life, and energy. In order to teach our children about the colors in their immediate environment and to help them to develop an understanding of green color in many forms, Sri Chaitanya Vidyalaya celebrated GREEN COLOR DAY on 21st July 2023.
The objective of the Activity: The motive of celebrating green day was to make the students aware of how colour makes our world a better place and its significance. Students looked gorgeous and enthusiastic in their astonishing green attires. Classrooms and boards were decorated with green-coloured objects, giving a graceful appeal to the environment. They enjoyed their activity and performed enthusiastically.
